This Day. [Before His Worship the Mayor (Mr W. G. Haybittle) and Mr G Kirton, J.P.s.j Bobert MeNarnara was charged with being illegally on the premises of Mr Conrad, in Warwick street. He pleaded Not Guilty. As the prosecutor did not wish to press the charge — accused being his uncle — the case was dismissed. The same accused was charged with being drunk in a public place this morning, and fined 20s and costs 2s, in default 48 hours imprisonment.
