To-day we publish the advertisement of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, for the wool season of 1890-91. The Compauy was particularly successful in its operations last year, upwards of two hundred thousand bales having passed through the hands of the several branches in colonies. It will be seen on reference to the details given in the advertisement, that the company acts stricktly as selling brokers, and neither buys nor sells on its own account. Children's Hose are in great yariety, and the best and most durable makes in Black and Colored Cotton, Black and Colored Cashmere, both ribbed and plain, with strongly spliced knees, all admirable for school wear, and ranging in price from 6d to 2s lOd per pair.
