At a meeting of the Football Club on Tuesday evening, Mr D. H. Macarthur, M.H.E., was elected Patron of the Club. It was decided to procure two brakes to drive the Maeterton team out on Wednesday morning, and also to entertain them at a .smoke concert in the evening after the match. The following team was chosen to represent the Club against Masterton :— Full-Back : . Joe Bobinson ■ Theee-Quartbbs : Parr J.Robinson Dyer Halves : Strachan Shannon Harmer Foewabds: Keightly, Nicholson, TenntnV Gregory, B. and J. Whisker, Iveson* M»t avers. Emergencies -• Johnston and Belfit. , All the above men are requested to go into active training, and to roll up to the practice match on Saturday. A match is being arranged for the second fifteen for Saturday, 7th July.
