Some bullocks went as low as 16s per 1001 b for p 1 line beef, others went as high as 20s. Taere was a large supply of fat sheep and a fair demand. The quality was good. Lambs ranged from 12s to 18s per head, Mutton is quoted, at 3d to 3jd per lb.
