FREEMAN R. JACKSON & COS STOCK REPORT. Wanganui, July 19. Our sale at Feiiding was well attended by buyers. Prices for all sorts of stock are without quotable change, though the demand for sheep has not j been so brisk as of late. Cattle on the whole are dull of sale, but pigs are well competed for at the markets. Our quotations are : — Cattle — 2£-year-old steers, £2 12s; cows, 355 ; yearlings, 10s and 14s. Sheep — Fat wethers, lls 9d; store wethers, 8s 6d and 9s 3d ; ewes in lamb, 7s to 8s ; woolly lambs, 6s 6d ; shorn 5s 6d. Pigs — Small baconen, 30s to 335 ; good porkers, 17s to 255 ; small stores 3s. Horses — Good upstanding hacks are saleable at late quotations. Not much demand for daughts.
