Volunteers
The Manchester Rifles will parade for Inspection on Friday at the Barracks at 7.30. p.m. Lieut. Ligertwood of the Palmerston North Rifles, has successfully passed Ids examination. He secured the very creditable per centage of 92.33. Lieutenant Hobday, of the Sydenham rifles is now in London and intends to join the regulars. The Volunteers at Blenheim are building a new drill shed to cost £300. It will be 72 x 84 feet.
