The Government hare instructed the New Soutk Wales delegates to the Imperial Conference to act with the other Australian delegates, if possible, on ques. tions relating to New Gumea, the Hebrides, or deportation of criminals to the Pacific. Hobabt, April 7. The Arawa arrived Jto-day, with 16 passengers, fifty of, whom landed at Hobart. During the voyage Ebenezer Irvine, a third»cla«s passenger, died of consumption. An extensive robbery of valuables from the second saloon has been reported, and enquiries are being made by the police. The Arawa will leave for New Zealand to-morrow. The debate on the Budget was continued to a late hour late hour last night, when Parliament adjourned until Wednesday next for Easter holidays. ,
