St. Pktbrsbitrg, April 1. It is now definitely known that an attempt on the life of the Czar was made at Gatschiua on Tuesday last. His Majesty was passing through the Park, when he was fired at, and the shot narrowly missed its aim. The assailant, who is supposed to be an officer in the Rrussiau Army, was arrested on the spot.
