One of the men deputed to assassinate the Emperor was directed by the secret league to carry a bottle of poison under his clothing resting upon his bosom. A eocond emissary was deputed to watch the intended assassin. In tho event of the lattov's courage failing his comrade was to smash the bottle and procure the death of his fellow conspirator. St. PKTEiism'RG, Marob 30. A fresh attempt on the life of the Czar was made at Gatschina yesterday His Mujesty, however, escaped without injury. No further details have yet transured. i
