The Double Murder at Poverty Bay

Four native pi'isoners, arrested in connection with the murder, were brought beforo the Resident Magistrate, and remanded for eight days. At the inquest a verdict of wilful murder against some persons unknown was returned. A deal of evidence will be taken at the inquiry, which connects some of the prisoners with the deed.
