A meeting in connection with the Imperial Institute will be held on the 12th inst , in the St. James' Palace, under the presidency of the Prince of Wales. [Representatives of all provincial com* munities have been invited to be present. A further meetiag will take place in the afte-uoon of the same day at the Mansion House. The Lerd Mayor of London will entertain the provincial delegates at Guildhall the day before the meeting.
