The divorce case Lord Coliu Campbell versus Luly Colin Campbull, in which the Duke of Marlborough, Captaiu Shaw, General Butler, and Dr Bird were the co-respondents, was concluded to-day Lady Colin Campbell having also sued for a divorce, the two cases were, by order of the Court, consolidated aud after a trial lasting 1 8 days, a verdict has been returned that the charges were mutually unproved, and both petitions have been dismissed. In the Campbell divorce suit the Duke of Marlborough, Captain Shaw, Dr Bird, and General Butler established strong cases, which were chiefly made on the servants' testimony. The judge summed up in favor of the co-respondents. The costs will probably exceed £15,000.
