[bkuteb's telkoeams. 1 Received December 9, 1.30 a.m. Sofia, December 7 The Bulgarian Government, in replying to the circular issued by the Sultan expressing approval of Prince Nicholas, of MingTelia, being appointed to the Throne of Bulgaria, has declared that the Bulgarian people will never accept Prince Nicholas as their ruler.
