No subscriptions have yet been received by the gent.emen nominated by the Bishop to receive moneys intended to be devoted to the cathedral fund. Foochow, September 10. There is a complete change in the tea market owing to a large operation on London account. Considerable purchases have been made of medium snd common teas, and potatoes have advanced over 10 per cent.
