Beeeived Anftrt 24, 12.80 p.m. Bbrldt, August 23. The semi-official Berlin Pest, the organ of Prince Bismarck, in an article to-day, expresses an opinion that the deposition of Prince Alexander solves the situation of Eastern Europe, whioh becomes ome of danger to Austria, Germany, and Turkey. It states its acquiescemoe m the Prince's deposition. The Post further maintains the event frustrates England, and hopes that the solution of the eastern question will be scoured bj a duel between Austria and Bussia, and without sacrifice on her part. St. Peteesbubg, August 23. The newspaper Novosti to-day referring to the Bulgarian crisis, states.it is probable Bassia will pursue a course oi direct intervention with the view of the establishment of a a new regime in Bulgaria.
