It is announced in Berlin that tke Powers interested hare come to an agreement whereby no alteration can fee made in the status of the Samoan Islands without the concurrence of all the Powers concerned. It is stated tkat a commission will be sent out to Samoa far tke purpose of arranging a further settlement of the difficulty. It U also reported that the United State* Government advocated certain Consular changes at Samoa, but the British Government opposed the propesed alterations. :.
