Auckland, April 8. At the inquest on Arthur Hemmett, a verdict of death from natural causes was returned. There was no foundation for the allegations that death was caused bj exposure or starvation.

Aprils. A lad named Park, aged 7, son of the principal lighthouse*keeper at Tairoa Heads, fell over a cliff, and was drowned The body has not yet been recovered.
