Trouble With Greece
(BEUTEb's TELKGBAMB.) St. Petebsbubg, February 6. His Imperial Majesty the Czar states that the sanction of the Sultan to the agreement between Bulgaria and Turkey is inadequate, and that the consent of the European Powers is necessary to ensure the security of the settlement. The Czar declines to discuss the question of the second note promulgated by the Powers. London, Februarj 6. The whole of the Great Powers, with the exception of Eussia, have approved of the agreement entered into between Bulgaria and Turkey for the settlement of the Eouinelian question. Greece reiterates her refusal to comply with tho demands of the Powers. ______^__^__
