Heneage has been appointed Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster; Mr Osborne Morgan, Under-Secretary for the Colonies ; Sir M. Pay Shuttleworth, Under-Seoretary for India; Mr Broadhurst, Under-Secretaryfof Home j Affairs; Mr Herbert Gladstone, Financial Secretary of the War Office.
