King Milan of Servia, has addressed a diplomatic note to the European Pow_ ers in which he states that he is anxious to uphold the integrity of the treaty of Berlin, and he has no intention of breaking the peace. In regard to the Boumelian difficulty King Milan of Servia has intimated that he will be content with the restoration of the status quo ante.. Skirmishes have taken place along ! the frontier line between the Servian and Bulgarian troops. Diplomatists anticipate that very little good will result from tie conference of the Great Powers on the Boumelian question.
