[rKVTBBS nLKOBAMS.] MEUotißint, October 29. : The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, limited, held their weekly sale this afternoon. There was the usual lar^e attendance of buyers, Representative catalogues of some 4,000 bales were submitted. The bidding was spirited throughout, the bulk of the catalogue being dis posed of at satisfactory prices. There: is no special change to report in the I tone of the market. All the better i sorts of wool are in good . demand, while the faulty and inferior lots continue depressed. The highest price attained during the sale for greasy merinos was Hid, while scoured wool sold up to Is 4d. ; } > .'
