At the Supreme Court Phillip Samways, for larceny of a watch, was found not guilty, and discharged. T. Skinner pleaded guilty to a charge of forging and uttering; sentence deferred nntil tomorrow. The Court then adjourned til! Thursday, when the Hutt tarring case will be taken.
