LbEUTEBS TELEGBABMB.I Sydney, October 7. MrDibbs has succeeded in forming a Ministry, bat the actual composition is not yet disclosed. It is believed, howerer, that among its members will be Sir Patrick Jeanings, Messrs, Trickett, Want, Abbott, Lyne, Wright, See, Farnell, and Formal. The dissolution takes place today. The new writs will be issued to-morro«r. Received October 8, 1 a.m. Sydney, October 7. Sir Alexander Stuart has been called to the Legislative Council. The announcement that Sir Alexander Stuart has been appointed Commissioner for this colony at the Colonial Exhibition in London is premature. It is understood that Mr Dibbs and Sir Patrick Jennings will exchange portfolios, Mr Dibbs retaining the Premiership. Mr Parnell will be appointed Vice President of the Executive Council, and Mr Ried or Mr Slattery will be made Minister of Justice. Sydney, This Day. The Parliamentry elections take place on the 15th.
