The negotiations jwbich have been tafe ingplape between the Government and the Union Company, and Mr Center, of the Oceanic Steam Company, re the San Francisco Mail Service are concluded, and the Union and Oceanic Companies have decided to undertake the service. The Union Company will be the principals in the contract. The contract will be signed to-morrow, and commences from 'Frisco m November arid Sydney in December. It is not decided what boats are to be used. : :;
