Mr Parnell addressed a large public meeting at Dublin last night, and in the course of his speech he stated he was Confident of winning Irish independence next seision, and added it was resolved to impose apon future candidates for Parliament a pledge of unswerving adher<«nce to the chart ef the National Party.
