MOTION OF NO-CONFIDENCE

In the House this afternoon Major Atkinson stated that to-morrow he would move resolutions traversing the financial policy of the Government, in which he would traverse the expenditure of the Government, the East and West Coast Railway question, and the new loan bill.
The Premier stated that he considered th« question as a vote of want of confidence, and would not agree to proceed with business. He would move, that the House adjourn until to-morrow.
