Sir, — I hope you will give me space to intimate to those who have in the past taken out licenses, and intend to do. so in the future, that it is not fair for persons who keep greyhounds for coursing to escape the license fee. They should pay aB well aa those sportsmen who shoet. Several owners of these dogs have bpen killing hares all through this summer, when game is out of season. I consider it will be the duty of holders of licenses to keep a sharp look out for those who seek for sport at the expense of others. — I am, &c., . Fair Piay. ,
