Captain Wing harbourmaster at Oner hunjj/i, formerly in charge of the pilot station at Port Philip, has a book showing that on February the 2nd, 1863, a three* masted schooner called the Osprey went into Port Philip, going out again on June 12th of the same year. The Captain B tales he remembers perfectly well that the Osprej was stated to have picked up a boat at sea.
