[BBVTEBS TKLEGBAMB.J Melboubne, December 11. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company (limited) held their usual weekly wool sale to-day, when a fairly reprpsentatire catalogue of some 5,300 bales was submitted. Buyers attended in large numbers, and the com- < petition for all the lots was keen, except for washed fleece. Fine greasy crossbred* . and scoured merinos were in actire demand. Washed wools were dull, and J other sorts unchanged at last week's ' prices. Greasy merinos Hold up to 14d | fop Tasmanian, and 12d for Birerina clips; .scoured merinos brought 23£ d ; washed fleece, 16^d. >
