GREY v. GREY.
Thi* case was heard in camera. The petitioner was Jane Mary Stanislaus O'Kearne, and the potitiou sot forth that the marriage took place at Wellington in December, 188 1 At the time of tho marriage petitioner was 20, and the respondent (James Gratton Gray) 33, and respondent, was then, and had been since, unable to consummate marriage. The last allegation was denied by the resDondent. Eventually the case was adjourned to enable the evidence of respondent to be taken ou commission in Melhourne.
