Wind between N.W. and S.W. everywhere, but changing after 12 hours to between N.K. and N.W. Nt all places south of Napier and New Plymouth, and later at all other places. Barometer — Further rise everywhere during the next 12 hours, but fall again after that time at all places south of Napier and New Plymouth and later everywhere else. Sea heavy on western coast and between Castlepoint and Kaikoum after 16 hours. Warnings for gales as above indicated have been sent to all stations, R. A. Edwin.
