Melbourne. April 4. Biddel, the stationmaster, at Werribee, who left his daughter in charge of the station and thus is alleged to have caused the disastrous railway accident near Little River Station, has been suspended. The second class passenger, who was killed at the Little River railway accident, has been identified as Mrs Johnson, of South Australia. Received April 5, 1 a.m. Melboubnb, April 4. An inquest was held to day on the bodies of the victims of tho Little Kiver accident, but in view of the strict investigation into the disaster which is about to be held here, the verdicts returned were merely of a formal nature.
