Borough Council Election
To-morrow is the day for the nomination of candidates to fill the vacancy now existing in the Borough Council. A« jet we have heard no rumour of a probable aspirant. W« would urge upon some burgess to come forward and do his •duty to his fellows, by undertaking the duties «f a Borough Councillor. Delicacy forbids our mentioning the names of any whom we tkink should do this thing. It it a pity that the honor should be literally "allowed to go begging, besides ' feeing a cause of bringing the Borough into contempt.
