A Suggestion
TO THE EDITOR OF THE STAR. Sib, -I have of urn heard visitors t< Feilding remark on the shabby appear ance given to it by the presence of « many dead trees and stumps dotted ovei different parts of the township. T woulc suggest that something be done by waj «f having thew removed. 1 hose standing «h road lines should be chopped down by order of the Borough Council while the owners of sections should be requested to do the same with those •tanding on their ground. As tt is. w< are now sending miiesout in the bush for •or firewood, whi/e a lot « standing at our very doors, serving no other purpose ' than being an eyesore to every passer by. > We who live in &c place are of course ' so ined to the «*ht that it doesn t have the' same effect as upon strangers, to whom we would give our town a far more plea.ing appearance by having these <*w«ghtly objects laid level with the ««> Uad^ 1 am ' AC - iEsTHETIC.
