Child Murder in Wellington
(PBB UNITED PHBSB ASSOCIATION.) Wellington. This Day. Yesterday afternoon the District Corner conducted an enquiry attending the death of a newly-born infant, daughter of Kate Boyle. Medical testimony proved that around the neck of the child there Was a thick piece of rag tightly tied with . * double knot. The right side and back of the head were discoloured and bruised, and the skull was crushed into small pieces. Tbe lungs had the appearance of complete inflation, and there was no doubt the ehUd was born alive. Later. The Police to-day laid an information V against Kate Boyle, charring her with ' the wilful murder of her infant.
