Some malicious or idiotic person has
been-tampering with the lamp placed at the Manche»ter street and Kimbolton road crossing. The lamp has been removed from within the glass frame and taken away. The burner was found a few paces up the Kimbolton road. The guilty person will be either prosecuted for felony, or malicious injury to property, and will be sererely dealt with. The police have a shrewd suspicion of the offender. —a—— — ——
