Quite a scene occurred at the- meeting of tlie Mnuawaful County Council oh Thursday afternoon. In the course of the debate on the differences bpi«'een (he Council and Dr Jiockstrow, tn? latter charged Cr McLennan with committing felony by abstracting a certain document which had been inclosed in the minute book. Cr iMcuennnn denied the charge, and said Dr IJockslrow had abstracted it j himself, upon which fthe'Uatter became | very excited. The meeting, which lasted from 12 noon till quarter past 11 at night, W&8 altogelher*:i"waruigand?lively one.
