Brown, assistant tencher, from duty : also, asking for his removiil^asjhe" could not allow him": again to take charge. Mr Brown enclosed a note from Dr Bayntum. certifying that ho was suffering from ulcerated throat andj'nervous debility. The Board censured the Headmaster for arrogating the function of stating thnt Mr Brown would not be again allowed to teach|in the school, and postponded the decision on V,r Brown's case pending an invesgatiou by the Commitree.
