Christmas Gifts.
It was our pleasure a day or two ago to inspect the various specimen^ of Christmas cards, which, are being produced bj Mr A. D. Willis, of Victoria Avenue, Waagauui, and which, will shortly be published. We were shown tke different processes these beautiful cards undergo in the course of production by ckromo-lithography. They eonsis* of very artistically executed representations M New Zealand scenery, and the most prominent native plants, foliage, <fee. We believe that nothing like them has yet Wen produced in tke colony. The designs are most striking, and ire the work of an artist special y imported from Home for the purpose. Mr Willis has already received large orders for the cards from various parts of the colony, and we predict for them a very extensive circulation. Nothing could possibly equal them for sending to our friends at Home as souvenirs, and as faithful representations of the natural scenery and productions of the Britain of the South.
