We call the attention of our readers and more especially of]) would-be settlers in ;the Borough of Feildiag to : a. notice elsewhere of certain sections of valuable land and properties within' the Borough and^township; Lots 1; 3.15/ and 7 comprise^four valuable .* one-a cre suburban sections, fronting the ; railway l iae, the intervening ones' being bought and residedupon by Messrs Reading, Gardner and Andrew respectively. Lot 8 contains upwards of 84 acres of fenced and well cultivated land, at present in occupation of -Mr Caldwell. Lot 9is one acre in Denbigh street. Lot. 10 is fifteen-acre . section, with a most substantial dwelling house and other buildings, -at present occupied by Mr^FitaHerbert, '^the land being wellsituatcd; cultivated and fenced.
