[PEB UNITED PEESS ASSOCIATION.] Opunake, This Day. About 170 Natives, many coming from Hawke's Bay and East Coast, were turned back this morning by Colonel Roberts & Capt. Messenger, the >'ative interpreter at Parihaka. There were only 10 A.C.'s under the command of Capt. Morrison. A bar was placed across the bridge, but they did not attempt to force a passage. Quietly turning back they said they would return to-morrow.
