The Lyell Murder Case.
♦ (PES UNITED PEESS ASSOCIATION.) Kexsox, This Day. TJic Supreme Court sittings opened yesterday. A true bill was found against John Davidson, for the murder of Denis Quinlan, at Lyell. Mr Fell, the Crown Prosecutor, intimated that he wanted Mrs Grrammatica to give evidence in the murder case, and probably would not prefer an indictment against her, but obtained leave to defer action until tomorrow. The murder case will not commence before Monday.
