(PKB UNITED PSESS ASSOCIATION.) Dunedin, This Day. Thomas Meek, an engine driver, was oiling his engine at the main station tnis evening. He was on the ground, and asked the fireman to move the engine a little. The fireman seems to have mis- i understood the request, for he moved the j engine towards M eek, and it crushed him against the coal shed. He was dread- ! fully iniured, and being taken to the Hospital, died within an hour or two. He lea res a wife and three children.
