Sensational Divorce Case.
[pee united pbess association.] Auckland, Tins Day. Henry Mills, stovemaker, has taken steps to secure a divorce from his wife on the grounds of adultery. The corespondent is alleged to be a leading medical man. Petitioner, who has been married since 1853, alleges in his affidavit that he has lived with his wife until the last few days. On the 15th February he became aware of his wife's bad conduct. She was ill, and, fearing death, confessed to a priest that she had for some time past been improperly intimate with the doctor. Petitioner claims £500 damages from the co-respondent.
