Wanganui Supreme Court.

The usual quarterly sitting of the Supreme Court will begin on Tuesday next. The following cases are set down for disposal .- — Richard Thomas, manslaughter ; Harta Bio, perjury; Bobert Nixon, carnal knowledge ; Hemi, stealing from the person, William Glentworth, breaking into a cellar ; J. C. Jowett, alias Woodhead, attempting to have carnal knowledge of a child ; John O'Donnell, housebreaking ; Elizabeth Jacks, larceny ; Poholama, unlawfully wounding ; Phoebe Veith, murder; John Bourke, perjury ; Phillip Jenkins, assault ; and a Maori who was committed for trial last week for stealing a horse from another Native at Kakariki.
