Tompkins, Halcombe, £30 ; Borlase and Barnicoat, £12 ; Emigrant .md Colonists Aid Corporation, £4 10s; Stevens and Gorton, £219; Bank of New Zealand, £850; W. Green, Bulls, £180; Hare Rewita, Bulls, £_46 18s od; total liabilities, £2352 lis ld. Assets: Land and buildings at Manawatu, known as Ohinepuhiaive, under agreement for sale by native owners to debtor, £2008; leasehold, same block, £200 ; freehold laud, Halcombe, two town sections with dwelling-house and stables (mortgaged lo Bank of New Zealand), £275 ; freehold town sections No. 57 with cottages, Halcombe (mortgaged to Bank of New Zealand) 12 head of mixed cattle, £30; cash in hand of Stevens and Gorton, £16; five horses, £30; total estimated assets, £2669. A meeting of creditors is called for Monday, the 23rd April instant, at the Supreme Courthouse, for the purpose of assenting to the deed.
