[peb united press association. l Napieb, This Day. In the R.M. Court to-day, McGuire sued owner of totnlisator, Cohen, for £3 dividend on the races of the last J. C. meeting, which plaintiff neglected to apply for till next day. Payment was refused on several grounds, the principal of which was that the ticket was not presented immediately after the race. Counsel for defence pleaded that the jockey club should have been sued. Judgment was given for defendant for costs, on a point of law that Cohen was employed by thc jockey club and was therefore not liable.
