[PEE UNITED PBESS ASSOCIATION.] Auckland. This Day. The jury returned a verdict of guilty against Mahuki. Mahuki and Timi Hamilton were sentenced to 12 months' labor; Pu Wutuhi and Ngawharo to nine months', and all the rest to six months'. Mihi said the sentence was just, but God and Te Whiti had power to save him. Later. At the criminal sessions to-day, Mahuki and 22 followers were found guilty of assaulting and robbing Te Ha ere, a Native, one of Mr Hursthouse's party. Mahuki ignored the whole proceedings.
