THIS DAY. (Before E. Wakd. Esq., E.M.) Alfred Curtis was fined os, or in deftult 2i hour's imprisonment, on a charge of drunkenness. John liobinson was, at his own request, put under the restrictions of the Licensing Act, to be enforced in Feilding, Awiihun, Haleombe, Pahnerston. Bulls and Sanson. A charge against A. Wilson, for travelling without a ticket, on the railway, was dismissed. The Bench commented on the slovenly manner in which the information was laid by the railway autliorities. H. W. Ellermv J. Whisker— £B 10s od. Adjourned to next sitting of the Court. . Judgment was given for plaintiffs with costs in the following cases: - Lewers v Sheerin— £l4 18s lid. Thomnkins v Peterkin— £4 9s lOd. Same v Jansky— £10 12s 3d. Same v Telclii— £lo. Same v Kreiger— £7 19s Bd. lioe v Langston — £8. The Court was then adjourned to its next sittings.
