MEETING OF CREDITORS.
♦ The first meeting of creditors in the estate of Esteveu Bfllve was held at the Supreme lourt House, "Wanganui yesterday. Mr Bellve, and Mr Prior, his solicitor, were present. The statement of assets and liabilities has already been published in our columns. Mr W. P Currie was appointed trustee, and he was instructed to »-eep the hotel supplied as required in order to retain the license, the extra liability to fall on the creditors pro rata. The validity of Mr Soler's bill of sale was tested.
